"Getting around Melbourne city was quite easy as I think they are used to strange goings on in their everyday routines. With plenty of stops to a couple Melbourne hotspots even managing to get on and off 3 different trams", said Ryan of his adventure.
About Heat the Homeless
The Heat the Homeless initiative collects donations of warm ski and snowboard jackets, giving them a second life by handing them out to Australians who have found themselves in a less fortunate situation.
The 2016 appeal received over 2,500 winter jackets donated.
"A legendary Stormtrooper helped me hand out the gear today as a symbol that homelessness isn't just a local problem, but a galaxy wide one!", said Christopher José Cincotta, founder of Heat the Homeless and Humans in Melbourne
